Slate integrates as a machine translation provider with popular computer-assisted translation (CAT) tools. This integration means you not only continue using the CAT they like but also the glossaries and other tools that make this a productive environment for you. Slate currently supports:
- memoQ 2015 and newer
- SDL Trados Studio 2015 and 2017
- Wordfast (coming soon)
- Deja Vu (coming soon)
- Across (coming soon)
Slate‘s graphical user interface also allows you to pre-translate supported from and to file formats. You can distribute these pre-translated documents to colleagues who do not use Slate.
But, there’s more. Slate is highly scalable. A powerful configuration-driven workflow framework controls everything Slate does. It also has command-line interface that accesses functionality not available through the graphical user interface and lets you automate it’s workflow through your favorite script tools.
Use Slate in popular CAT tools to extend your already productive environment of glossaries and termbases. Script Slate to integrate with other tools that don’t support connectors.
